BR: 218219 Add menu option to open in new window
Review Request #5613 - Created Oct. 12, 2010 and updated
This patch adds a new action "Open in new window" to the Okular shell to allow opening a document in a new window. The open file dialog has been refactored into a method so that both open and open in new window share the same code. The only thing open in new window does differently is to launch a new Okular process instead.
Works fine here. If user cancels the open, no window is opened.
To be honest, it is a couple of years I've been wondering about making Okular behave like the other KDE applications about this: - if the current window has no open document, the result of the open dialog would open in that window - if the current window has an open document, the result of the open dialog would open the new document in a new window (or process) Maybe it is time to, hoping that it won't cause too many anger from users.

@albert: I hope this one is ok @pino: Yes that would be great behaviour I think, not something users should get angry about. Should I attempt it?
