Typo: kdf5 -> kf5
Should we add a note/warning about catalogs beeing renamed, moved, removed, merged, splitted i.e. wrt process_orphans workflow?
E.g. what to do with a new untranslated catalog where all translation are already in TM etc.

I don't see anything obviously wrong from my side and i trust your judgement, so if noone else disagrees for a while i'd say just commit it, it is surely an improvement over what we have.
Just a comment, and then I think you can commit it.

I would put a "of KDE projects" here just to be on the safe side.
There are no special pages for individual applications, but I guess they are free to add their schedules there.
